Trey Anastasio joins Phil Lesh and Bob Weir at Radio City Music Hall

Deadheads gathered at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall on March 2nd and 3rd for the first ever Bobby and Phil Duo Tour.  First night guests were treated to Bob Weir and Phil Lesh accompanied by Wally Ingram on drums, but a rumor hung in the air that Trey Anastasio could be making a stop in the big apple.  This rumor was founded in reality, with the Phish frontman and one-time Fare Thee Well band mate joining the duo for the second set on night 2.  What was merely a hot ticket before turned into a jam lover’s once in a lifetime experience.  Leave it to those old vets to pull something like that on the fans they know so well.
